I have been coming here nearly 2years. Every time I come in, the staff is very pleasant, and most professional. They never take me nor my time for granted. I always get a real wait time up front. Then too, Mike ( my mechanic ) is the best. I feel very safe and secure whenever he services my vehicle.

They got me in & out within a timely manner. Their prices were very reasonable. Damn near a steal for the type of prices you would pay through a dealership service center. I would definitely refer people to come get their vehicle serviced here.

I had tires changed out at a local Walmart (which I'll never do again ).. The tires looked great, but the messed up tire pressure monitoring system and damaged a sensor. Nate @ the telegraph location was very nice and was able to get me in and out within about 20 minutes and started he could've gotten me much better tires for a little less than I paid for cheapo tires from Wally world.

I like Redford Auto because I feel like they're honest and really do care about the customer. Ever since I found out about them, I haven't been anyplace else for an oil change. It also helps that they are not very expensive.

Fast service and professional staff. Price was very affordable and appointments was kept as promised.

 called in & immediately was welcomed with friendly customer service from Nate. Upon arriving, the establishment was noticeably clean & tidy. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Nate & Chris made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my truck to be repaired. The cost for my repairs were competitively priced relative to estimates I received at other repair shops. I was pleased with the service & will definitely refer others to this location.

second visit - I went in for an oil change today. Everyone was friendly and they provided great service. Additionally, they have awesome coffee to sip what you wait!! :)

Great service! My first time visiting Redford Auto Repair (Telegraph) for a wheel alignment and I was greeted also immediately when I walked in. A very professional and friendly environment. Provided quality service I will definitely visit again for future car services.

Customer service gets an A+. Most shops will not take you unless you make it 15 mins before they close. They were nice enough to change my oil anyway and they were affordable and quick!

I was very pleased with there honesty and customer service after having my truck shut off every time it rained I needed a fix and fast! I took my truck in that morning by evening the same day I was back on the road! Same day service was a big deal for me! I have found new trustworthy mechanics!
